Telehealth Therapy in South Carolina for Anxiety, Relationship Struggles, and Burned-Out Therapists

Virtual Therapy Services

If your brain’s on overdrive, your relationship feels like a room mate situation, or you’re a mental health professional silently screaming into the void—you’re not alone. At South Carolina Therapy, I specialize in evidence-based online therapy for anxiety, couples, and support for fellow therapists who are running on empty.

I offer cutting edge, convenient, virtual therapy across South Carolina—from Charleston to Columbia, Greenville to Hilton Head—so you can get the help you need (even in your jammies.) Sessions are fully online, confidential, and tailored to actually work in real life.

I’m a LISW-CP therapist in South Carolina (and North Carolina). My career has included work with Hospice, Employee Assistance Programs and Community Mental Health before opening my Private Practice in 2009.  I get what it’s like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected—or just straight-up done. Whether you’re dealing with stress, panic attacks, relationship burnout, or compassion fatigue, I help you slow your roll, talk it out, and get back to feeling like yourself again.

My Approach

No traffic.
No jargon.
No pretending you’re fine.

3 Honest Reasons You Might Need Therapy (Even If You Think You’re Holding It Together)

  • #1

Anxiety is running the show. You’re exhausted.
If your brain is constantly spinning with “what ifs,” worst-case scenarios, and an endless to-do list you never can finish, anxiety therapy can help you calm the noise. You don’t have to live in survival mode.

  • #2

Your relationship feels more like roommates (or rivals) than partners.
Whether you’re stuck in the same arguments or just feeling emotionally disconnected, couples counseling can help you communicate better, rebuild trust, and actually enjoy each other again. No more walking on eggshells.

  • #3

You’re a therapist, but lately you feel more like a burnt-out zombie with a license.
You give your clients everything — and between pandemic stress, political tension, and relentless paperwork, you’re tapped out. Therapy for therapists gives you space to process, refill your cup, and remember why you pursued this career in the first place (or even make a change to another career.)

Details of Telehealth Therapy (Yes, It Actually Works)

Let’s cut to it: therapy shouldn’t be harder to get to than your actual problems. That’s why online therapy—aka Telehealth—has become the go-to option for busy, anxious, overwhelmed humans who want real help without traffic, beige couches, or awkward waiting rooms.

Insurance & private pay Pricing

Let’s Talk About the Practical Stuff

I currently accept most BlueCross BlueShield (BCBS) insurance plans. For private pay clients, I accept credit card payments, which are securely stored on file. I only bill after our session and once I’ve received payment confirmation from BCBS.  I don’t offer 100% money back guarantee.  Therapy can be hard and challenging and although there is typically laughter and levity in my sessions, I am not a “just make them feel better” therapist.

Because I keep a small, focused caseload, each appointment spot really matters.  If you cancel under 24 hours there’s an $85 late cancel charge. No shows are charged the full session fee of $130-because ghosting is only acceptable on dating sites, not therapy sessions.
